2. Preview and Pre-Select Your Dresses
After booking your appointment, we will send you a link to browse our extensive selection of off-the-rack dresses in your regular dress size range. We ask each bride to preview our inventory online and send us a list of dresses she would like to try on first. The dresses you pre-selected will be ready and waiting for you at your appointment, making your shopping experience seamless and personalized.
3. Arrival and Welcome
Upon entry, you'll be greeted and invited to wash your hands before being escorted to your very own private suite. Each suite is exclusively for you and your guests. During the first 10 minutes, your dedicated stylist will sit down with you to understand your wedding vision. Discussing details such as venue, colors, themes, silhouettes, timelines, and price range ensures a personalized and tailored shopping experience.
4. Dressing and Learning
Following the initial consultation, you'll have 50 minutes to try on 5-7 dresses with your stylist. Your stylist will assist you in every dress, handling clamping and zipping, helping you visualize how the dress will look after tailoring and alterations. The stylist takes care of all the work, so your guests can sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience. We'll prioritize dresses as close to your size as possible to give you the best fit during your appointment and help offset alteration costs. As we learn more about your preferences, we'll also pull additional dresses that match your style. Your stylist will also ensure your train is perfectly fluffed and every photo is picture-perfect as you narrow down your favorites.
5. Final Look
Every gown is stunning, but the one that resonates with you emotionally is the perfect choice. Once you've found "The One," it's time for celebration! Our team will join in the joyous moment, adding a veil and bouquet to help you envision the complete bridal look.
6. Finalizing Your Dress
Once you've found your dream dress, we'll carefully place it in a garment bag, and you'll get to take it home the same day! There's no waiting period—your perfect gown is ready to be yours right away. You'll also go home with a packet that includes a list of recommended tailors to help with any alterations you may need.
